The 26-year-old Nigerian striker’s mega transfer, structured to be paid over five years, matches the €75m fees for Egypt’s Omar Marmoush’s switch from Eintracht Frankfurt to Manchester City and Cameroon’s Bryan Mbeumo’s move to Manchester United this summer.
