The vehicle in question is believed to be a hybrid Mercedes GLE. Reports indicate that unpaid instalments accumulated to approximately €90,000, with further claims that the player did not return the vehicle after the lease expired.

Italian outlets Il Giorno and Napolista report that Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Italia S.p.A. lodged a formal complaint with the Carabinieri at the Crescenzago station in Milan, prompting authorities to begin reviewing the case.

The matter could potentially fall under “appropriazione indebita” (misappropriation), a legal classification involving the unlawful retention or use of property.

Osimhen reportedly earned around €10 million per season during his time at Napoli before moving to Galatasaray in 2024, where his earnings increased significantly.
