Scanfrost unveils exclusive shop at Lagos electric hub

Home electronics brand, Scanfrost has opened its first exclusive shop in the electronic hub of Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

The unveiling took place at an event organized by the company in Lagos recently. The store located at 87 Allen Avenue, Ikeja, is a premium high street marketplace for consumer electronics in Lagos.

According to a statement received by BusinessDay, the company intends to host all Scanfrost appliances and electronics like gas cookers, chest freezers, LED televisions, air conditioners, air coolers, laundry and many more in the 2600 square-feet retail space.

Maneesh Nanda, managing director of Scanfrost noted that the company is committed to partnership that works and also enhances the experiences of the customers on a daily basis.

“The brand store is going to be one of many partnerships and franchising agreement. Scanfrost is committed to quality service to its numerous brand retailers and helping them realize their business expansion vision. At the same time, we want to ensure that the brand users have ease of access of our products choices for purchases and after sales experience,” Nanda said.

He also stated that its notorious excellence in after sales service will be critical to helping the brand shops set new experience that is consistent for the customers and partners.  According to him, the brand shops can expect more in store for them from Scanfrost.

“This is the first of several stores which will set a new benchmark in terms of how consumers experience and buy our products,” Sunil Gupte, Group CEO of Scanfrost said.

Expressing his gratitude for the partnership, CEO of Onay J. Ventures, Oni recalled that prior to the official opening of the store, there were many Scanfrost customers that besieged the store to purchase their choice products.

“Many of the customers were thrilled that the brand was nearer home and that the after sales experience in this dedicated store was also a welcome idea,” Oni said.
