Riparo to empower youths through real estate

…launches 15-hectare estate project in Ilorin

Riparo Nigeria Limited, a fast-growing real estate firm, has launched a 15-hectare estate project in Ilorin, Kwara state.

According to the real estate firm, the project named Emirati’s Court will provide investment opportunities for young people in the state to create wealth while improving the living standard in the community.

The firm also assured Nigerians of the project’s strict compliance with all local and state laws regarding land acquisition, stating that all necessary documents have been acquired for the 15-hectare housing project which guarantees safety of investment for current and prospective investors.

Gbenga Ibitoye, director of business development of Riparo, highlights the major amenities that would be provided in the estate. He listed perimeter fencing, gatehouse, good road networks and drainage systems as some of the pecks.

He also stressed that the project, upon completion, would have a mini tech hub, co-working space, green area, lawn tennis court, and a five-aside football turf, for sporting and recreational purposes

He affirmed to investors that they would get up to 180 percent return on investment within five years, given the strategic location of the project and proximity to major developments in the axis, such as the University of Ilorin teaching hospital, Kwara state polytechnic, the Ilorin East Government Secretariat which are all less than five minutes away from site’s location.

Also speaking during the site tour, Samuel Adegbenro, director of administration, cited the proximity of the project to the visionary housing project of the Kwara State government – Ilorin Smart City, a project with an average of N450 million revenue projection per leasable serviced hectare according to the project’s product plan made available to the public.

He also stated that Emirati’s Court is a testament to the company’s mission of empowering young generations to build wealth through easy and accessible real estate investment opportunities.

Leonard Sunkanmi, a client who was an early investor, expressed satisfaction in the development and progress made so far at the site, noting that while the company started operations in not so distant time, their consistency and dedication to delivering exceptional service have shown their expertise and further entrenched his trust in what the company is building.
