The company which marked its five years of impacting lives and contributing to the growth Nigeria’s economy at the weekend, explained that it will be leveraging technology to make its new era of innovative products and service delivery a beneficial experience for home buyers.

“Part of our corporate mandate and response to market realities is to expand our services to over 20 states in Nigeria in the next five years,” Augustine Ejiofor, the company’s CEO, revealed at the anniversary event.

Continuing, he said, “our mission is to make homeownership a reality for Nigerians and this is consistent with dream to become a major player in this sector. Over the last five years, we have, as a business, impacted lives in various ways and also contributed to growing Nigeria’s economy.”

Ejiofor disclosed that PWAN, which started with just two properties in the market in 2019 located towards the Ibeju-Lekki area, has grown to a point where it has properties in nine states of Nigeria.

He noted that the success of the two initial projects marked the beginning of the company’s growth as it now boasts over 5,000 allocations and has facilitated processes for home and land ownership for over 2,000 property buyers.

In the company’s portfolio are projects like Royale Park Ikorodu, Rejoice Gardens, Ibeju Lekki, Excel Villa, Oshoroko, Rejoice Villa, Odeomi, Excel Court, Ketu, Excel Villa, Abuja amongst others in prime locations in Lagos, Abuja and other states across Nigeria. These have demonstrated the company’s ability to replicate successful models.

According to the CEO, it is through these projects that the company has impacted lives and contributed to the growth of the country’s economy, pointing out that they have provided homes and investment opportunities for Nigerians who are desirous of investing in real estate.

He added that the company also provides tailor-made marketing services in their belief that there’s nothing more important than owning a home at zero-cost.

“Our foray into real estate and the setting up of PWAN Royale was inspired by the visionary leadership of Augustine Onwumere and Jayne Onwumere, founders of the Property World African Network (PWAN) Group.
