Mase Group, one of Nigeria’s indigenous infrastructure-focused conglomerates, is setting its sights on a new phase of expansion as it marks 15 years of operations.
The company commemorated the milestone with an anniversary gala at the Lagos Marriott Hotel, attended by industry leaders, partners, and stakeholders.
Founded in 2011 by Michael Ekwemalor, Mase Group has grown from a construction-focused firm into a diversified business with subsidiaries in power, property, design, and engineering.
The 15th anniversary, themed ’15 Years of Impact and Excellence,’ spotlighted the group’s evolution and its role in Nigeria’s infrastructure development.
Speaking at the event, Michael Ekwemalor, group managing director and CEO, said the company’s journey has been “shaped by excellence, strengthened by resilience, and driven by innovation.”
He noted that the next phase will focus on scaling impact across its infrastructure-linked sectors while deepening its commitment to sustainable development.
“As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, we honor not only our growth and achievements but also the people whose dedication, passion, and commitment continue to make Mase Group a symbol of progress, transformation, and lasting impact,” he said.
The event attracted notable personalities from different sectors, including Abdulkadir Inuwa, executive director of Mase Group, Christian Moessmer, general manager of PrimeTech Design and Engineering Nigeria Limited, Blessing Ogwu, managing director of UBA Pensions Custodian Limited, Jimmy Odukoya, senior pastor of Fountain of Life Church, Balogun AbdulHakeem, assistant manager of Flour Mill Nigeria Plc, and Yele Okeremi, chief executive officer of Precise Financial Systems.
One of the defining moments of the evening was the presentation of a brand-new vehicle to
Femi Adesanya, project supervisor and coordinator at Mase Group.
The recognition was awarded in appreciation of his years of loyalty, dedication, and commitment to the organisation’s growth.
Industry stakeholders at the event described the gesture as a reflection of the company’s culture of rewarding excellence and recognizing the contributions of employees who play critical roles in delivering long-term value.
