Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA has diverted some roads in Abuja to ensure free flow of traffic as the National Convention of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC holds Saturday at Eagle Square, Abuja.
FCTA also mobilized officers of its Directorate of Road Traffic Services and other relevant traffic enforcement agencies to various flash points to ensure seamless traffic flow.
Kayode Opeifa, Secretary, FCT Transport Secretariat in a Statement said, ” Vehicular movement through Shehu Shagari Way in the early hours of Saturday will be diverted at Raph Sodeinde Street by Bullet Building to link Central Business District. Motorists will also be diverted at Kur Mohammed Street and Constitution Avenue at Bayelsa House to Central Business District”.
Kayode added that, ” Traffic on Ahmadu Bello Way will be equally diverted at Raph Sodeinde Street by Finance Junction to Central Business District. Motorists will also be diverted at Kur Mohammed Street or Constitution Avenue by Benue Building to link Central Business District.
