2023: Kwankwaso decries dollar rain at party primaries

Kwankwaso pledges to prioritise education

Rabui Musa Kwankwaso former governor of Kano has decried the way the two big parties the People’s Democratic party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) splashed their party primaries with hard currencies when the masses are suffering untold hardship.

Kwankwaso stated this in Calabar the Cross River State Capital during a thank you visit to delegates to the national convention of the New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP), saying you elected me without a Kobo and transportation unlike the other parties.
He pledged to tackle insecurity, provide quality education and initiate good economic policies that will turn the economy around.

The former governor stated that with him at the presidential Villa, the issue of insecurity which has bedeviled the nation in recent times would be a thing of the past.

He promised to provide quality Education, better economic policies that would help in turning around the nation’s fortunes, calling on Nigerians home and in diaspora to join hands in electing him as president of the country.

“I shall tackle insecurity, Provide quality and good education and better economic policies that can lift the nation to higher pedestal” Kwankwso stated.

In his earlier remarks, Cross River State NPP chairman Tony Odey said that with Kwankwso, on the presidential saddle, the insecurity problem troubling the country would have been an issue of the past, calling on all hands to be on deck to ensure the emergence of Kwankwso on the presidential seat.

“A better Nigeria is possible with Kwankwso. Despite the dollarisation of Nigerian politics,we have got a developer in the person of Engr. Rabiu Kwankwso.

“Kwankwso has come with the encouragement that we that we deserve.

“Nigeria desire a change and the only man who can can cause that change to happen is Kwankwso.
“He fought insecurity when he ruled as Kano State governor without shading blood. I think if we give him the opportunity he can do same as Nigeria president.” Odey maintained.
