There wasn’t so much advert or hype for it since it was the second part of the movie, but they really surpassed my expectation and desire for a movie that seemed like a magical movie. It wasn’t really all about the magic and stunts; there was also a beautiful story line to it. You need to listen in properly to get a proper hang of it. The suspense, thrill and action were just in a perfect blend and the movie kept everyone longing for more. You just couldn’t predict what was going to happen next and this is what I call a brilliant movie, one that makes you think, wonder and ask questions.
The 2hrs 9 minutes movie was fantastic believe me when I say I didn’t feel like the time was too long. The movie was just perfectly on point and the scenes were coordinated and locations chosen for each scene was totally thought through. The movie featured brilliant young acts like Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson and Morgan Freeman. This movie tried to reveal how magic works and what exactly they do. It also revealed that sometimes magic could go really bad and could even lead to death. The chosen actors and actresses blended properly into their roles and made it even more interesting.
“Now you see me started” started on a very sad note, but ended really well, I really couldn’t have re-written a better storyline. The main actor Mark was still a kid, one faithful day his dad who was a magician was meant to take up a very dangerous magic act, he kept pleading and imploring his dad that he didn’t have to do that act, but his dad insisted that he had rehearsed a lot and was going to be fine, little did he know that was going to be his very last act. So Mark grew up with his own magic powers but somehow found himself working with the FBI, please don’t ask me how…you have to watch…Anyway, he was also a member of a group called the “The Horse Men” a group of young boys and girl who had magical powers to do just about anything, they were a group of good people who wanted to help save the world by stopping evil men from stealing from the masses. You will need to see this movie to see how they stopped the bad guy from stealing people’s data and secret information.
