There is uneasy calm in Bauchi state as gunmen kidnapped four staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC engaged in the conduct of the ongoing supplementary polls.
The four yet to be identified Staff were abducted while on election duty, causing serious tension among INEC staff and residents of Bauchi state.
