Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has approved the relocation over 30 victims of last Sunday’s pipeline fire in Abule-Egba area of the state, to the Internal Displaced Person (IDP) relief camp in Igando.
Chairman of Agbado Oke-Odo local council development area (LCDA), Adeoye Arogundade, disclosed this to newsmen.
Arogundade said that the governor has directed that the relief camp be opened for the Lagos State Emergency Management Authority (LASEMA) to immediately move in the victims.
In the same development, Bosun Ogunkolade has been appointed head of special duties and camp commandant to oversee affairs in IDP camps in the state.
