President Bola Tinubu has welcomed Hermann Immongault, minister of foreign affairs and special envoy of Ali Bongo Ondimba, President of the Gabonese Republic.
Bongo is also the Head of State, and Chairperson of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS) to the State House.
