Olawale Lawal honoured with ICT trailblazer award at prestigious ABoICT Merit Awards

Olawale Lawal, Senior Consultant at BamBam Automation Limited, has been awarded the prestigious “ICT Trailblazer Award in Business Efficiency and Innovative Solution of the Year 2024” at the Africa’s Beacon of ICT (ABoICT) Merit/Leadership Awards. The event took place on Saturday, May 25th, 2024, at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.

Widely recognised as Africa’s most celebrated ICT industry event, the ABoICT Awards celebrate organisations and individuals who have demonstrated exceptional contributions to the growth and innovation of the ICT sector. This year’s edition focused on the theme “Artificial Intelligence: The Good, The Complex, and The Anticipated,” attracting distinguished guests from government, politics, and the ICT and financial industries.

The Editor-in-Chief of Nigeria Communications Week, Ken Nwogbo, described the 16th edition as a platform to honour exceptional achievements in service delivery within the ICT space. “This event is about recognising those who have redefined the standards of innovation and efficiency in the industry,” Nwogbo stated.
