The firm arguably pioneered online grocery delivery service, but due to an unfavourable business environment, the organisation has shut down its operations.
Easyshop Easycook, in a statement, thanked its loyal customers and partners for their enduring support, cherishing the memories created over the years.
It also expressed its gratitude to its stakeholders, including the government and private sector partners, for their unwavering support throughout its journey.
In 2005, Saudat Salami established the company with the vision to make customers order fruits, vegetables and others from their conform and have their orders delivered to them.
However, like some businesses operating in Nigeria, a few government policies and others have forced them to pack up and go.
