Premier League football continues on Sunday as Fulham lock horns with Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side in an important clash at Anfield.
The Reds hope to extend their perfect home record in the 2023/24 season against struggling Cottagers and brighten their top-four finish hope.
The Reds recorded an impressive 4-0 win over LASK Linz on Thursday to qualify for the last 16 of the Europa League. Meanwhile, the Lilywhites ran out 3-2 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday night.
With Arsenal beating Wolves 2-1 on Saturday, the Reds are five points off the pace in the title race and a win at Anfield will close the margin.
Fulham are currently 14th place on the Premier League table and have been inconsistent so far this season.
Klopp’s Liverpool men, on the other hand, are in third place in the league table at the moment and are yet to drop points at home in the Premier League with six wins, including the last three without conceding a goal.

In his pre-match post, Klopp praised Marco Silva for his work with Fulham and the way the team plays.
“Marco’s work as a manager and a coach speaks for itself,” Klopp told Liverpool’s website.
“His teams have a clear idea of how they want to play, they are always incredibly well set up and they can – and usually do – give anyone a proper test.
“I would say they are one of those teams that could play in different colour shirts and everyone would know who the manager is.”
The Reds boast of a good historical record against Fulham and have won 42 out of the 73 matches played between the two teams, as opposed to Fulham’s 13 victories.
Liverpool have lost only one of their last 48 matches at home in the Premier League
Fulham have also managed four goals from 16 Premier League games against Liverpool at Anfield.
