Ikeja Hotel Plc has proposed a final dividend of 30 kobo per share for the financial year ended December 31, 2025.

Payment of the proposed dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax (WHT) and approval by shareholders. The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held in Lagos on Monday, July 20.

The proposed dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday July 3, 2026. The Register of shareholders will be closed from Monday July 6 to Friday, July 10.

On Friday, July 24 dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday, July 3 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their bank accounts.
