ATCO Homes, a real estate firm, has been recognized for its innovative residential development and construction standards. The firm received twin awards: the International Standards Excellence Award by the World Quality Alliance (WQA) and the International Property Award (IPA), recently in Abuja and Dubai, respectively.

The IPA is a world-renowned mark of excellence. It celebrates the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. The presentation ceremony is held annually in the United Arab Emirates. The WQA standards excellence awards recognize the commitment of local businesses to achieving and upholding standards that align with the quality prescriptions of the International Standards Organisation (ISO). The award is held to commemorate the World Standards Day.
According to a statement, the winners of the IPA and the WQA awards are selected by an independent panel of judges after thorough scrutiny has been carried out. “The IPA is chaired by Lord Waverly and Lord Best: two independent members of the United Kingdom’s House of Lords”.
According to Mary Garbett, the Manager of IPA, “The International Property Awards are given for the quality of design, construction, and presentation of individual properties and property developments, interiors, architecture, and marketing. We congratulate ATCO Homes for emerging top in the residential unit category of the International Property Award for the African region” the statement said.
Stanley Ohenhen, the Chairman of the WQA Standards Panel, also congratulated the real estate firm. He said the organizers of the awards are impressed by ATCO Homes’ prioritization of standards, quality, and excellence in its estate design and construction works, the statement said.

Speaking about the twin global recognitions, Bartholomew Egbochie, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ATCO Homes in the statement said, “We are excited by the recognitions by the IPA and WQA.
