CFA Society Nigeria is hosting its maiden Quarterly Leadership Series on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, featuring Fola Adeola, founder/first managing director of Guaranty Trust Bank.
The Leadership Series is a platform for developing and inspiring leaders in Nigeria, and particularly among finance and investment industry professionals. It will showcase and highlight the journey and achievements of notable and exemplary leaders.
This maiden edition featuring Fola Adeola would put the spotlight on selfless leadership and the importance of it for the upcoming generation, it would provide the opportunity to have an in-depth conversation about his strides in entrepreneurship, his inflection point and how he made the decision to start a bank. There will also be an open Q&A session with the live audience.
Adeola is an accomplished banker, business leader, strategic thinker, and philanthropist supporting young Nigerian professionals and entrepreneurs.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 26 between 11am and 12:30pm and would have Samuel Sule, acting CEO, and director, financing group, Renaissance Capital Nigeria, and Paula Benedict-Faniran, CFA, head, risk management, Sigma Pensions Limited, as moderators.
