Firm unveils One Stop Digital Knowledge Bank for Africans

Proposed NITDA Act amendment: We should empower digital economy, not create confusion

Knowledge Digest Africa, an education platform that leverages digital space has unveiled a new platform called ‘Digital Knowledge Bank’ to educate and empower African entrepreneurs as part of its contribution to entrepreneurial development across the continent in celebration of his 15 years in the Knowledge Industry.

Samson Olatunde, founder of Knowledge Digest Africa and Digital CEO Tribe International, stated that the new platform will leverage on his over 15 years’ experience in Africa’s technology and knowledge ecosystem to help entrepreneurs grow and develop their businesses.

Olatunde stated further that the new platform will help small, medium and large-scale enterprises gain momentum through information technology (IT) powered marketing, just as he advocated for entrepreneurship drive among young Africans.

He equally disclosed that he has been involved in strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns for brands across different industries including E-commerce, Transportation, Fintech, Real Estate, Media, and Education among others.

According to Olatunde, Knowledge Digest Africa is a knowledge bank for African businesses to expand their capabilities with the aim of helping professionals draw a pool of information to generate massive market trends and bridge resilience.

“Everyone in this world needs refined knowledge and innovation to live and make an everlasting impact and the knowledge ecosystem platform aims to educate and inspire business leaders and youths on the shore of Africa,” Olatunde stated.

Adetola Salau, senior special adviser on Education to the Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, described Knowledge Digest Africa as an online learning platform that has different pillars which is called the Mandate, Masterclass, Mentoring, Marketplace, Membership (5M’s) subscription session, which makes it a one stop digital learning platform

“Knowledge Digest Africa mandate is a one-stop digital knowledge bank platform that seeks to educate and empower one million African business leaders and enrich professionals with substantial and up-to-date careers in entrepreneurship and technology know-how for wealth creation,” Salau stated.

Olusola Owonikoko, President, Carrington Youth Fellowship Alumni Network and founder of Project Enable Africa, stated that the 5M’s component of the platform gives endless possibilities to Africans. “The uniqueness of the knowledge Digest Africa is the digital Marketplace where lots of African writers can sell their knowledge products like e-books, podcasts, online courses and others”.
