While expressing the view that the accident may have been as a result of fatigue and sleepiness of the driver coming from Abuja, Matthew said they have been able to contact the deceased relations because “we were able to get the vehicle’s manifest.”
The Edo FRSC sector commander disclosed that the occupants of the truck, the driver and his motor boy escaped unhurt.
He advised drivers to stop and relax for some minutes, whenever they experience fatigue on the road, before continuing their journey.
