Lagos-based gospel artist Ebube Immanuel has been honoured at the Yessiey Awards, marking a significant milestone in her faith-driven music career.
A singer, songwriter, and worship minister, she discovered her passion for music at an early age and has remained committed to spreading the message of Christ through inspirational songs and worship.
Her early releases drew attention from listeners across Nigeria. Songs such as “I Surrender”, “Halleluyah (Jesus is Alive)”, and “He Is Here”, released between 2019 and 2020, created space for worship and connected with audiences through their message and delivery.
The release of her debut album, Unveiled, moved her career forward. The project carried themes of faith, surrender, gratitude, and divine presence, and introduced her to a wider audience seeking music rooted in devotion.
Between 2023 and 2024, Ebube returned with new material, “Forever”, “Reaching Out”, “Your Kingdom”, and “New Day”, each continuing her commitment to communicating hope and God’s faithfulness through music.
Her work extended beyond recordings. On 7 January 2023, she hosted her first concert, “Unveiled Session”, bringing her music to a live audience. She followed this with a second concert, “Forever”, on 2 November 2024, which strengthened her standing as a performing artist.
The Yessiey Awards recognition places Ebube Immanuel among artists whose contributions to gospel music are gaining wider acknowledgement. For those who have followed her journey from early releases to full concerts, the award reflects a story of consistency and purpose.
