Customer service critical to organisational growth – Adesanya

Abidemi Adesanya, the Project Director, Africa Brand Awards has reiterated the critical role customer service plays in organisational growth and development. “Effective customer service cannot be overemphasized because its importance to the success of any organization is very pivotal”.

According to him, any organisation without adequate customer service infrastructure is planned to fail, hence the theme for the Africa Brand Awards 2023, ‘Customer Service in Africa: The Strategic Role of Business Leaders’ is very crucial.

Adesanya stated further that customer service is very crucial to the sustenance of any organisation. However, the continent has been plagued with poor customer service. “We encourage other companies who submitted their entries but couldn’t win the award to try again next year and improve on their companies’ market relevance and strategic planning and business approach”.

According to him, all the 2023 winners submitted their entries for the different categories won and rigorous reviews were done by the panel of jury before winners were announced. He disclosed further that this year’s edition will witness the crowning of front line brands in different sectors and countries in Africa.

He disclosed further that Empire Media Group, Cameroun, Market Trends International, Accelerated Marketing, Heterogeneous Reach, and NOIPolls are among the winners of this year’s Africa Brand Awards.
