We would actually be starting what they call the transitional stage electricity market which sounds big but it’s really something that we have never been doing in the past which is a market that is run fully and comprehensively on the basis of well established rules, contracts and regulations that are enforced from end to end. You know and that is accompanied by a tariff framework that is actually effective, we haven’t had that which is why we have always had the gap between people’s needs and the funding that meets those needs, we’ve always had a revenue gap in the market but with the transitional stage market, that is going to become a thing of the past so it’s really a big thing because that is what assures everybody that this market would grow in a sustainable manner…
