According to him, the initiative is a bold move taken to further cement Gtext Lands and Homes’ reputation as a visionary leader in real estate, by seamlessly merging innovation, customer satisfaction, and accessibility.

He disclosed further that the digitalisation will also help in empowering more Nigerians to invest in their future. He also disclosed that the real estate group plans to name streets and roads in some of its estates after some notable business leaders in Nigeria. According to him, GText will commence the initiative on March 15, 2025, by naming a golf range and street after Dr. Cosmas Maduka, for his contribution to integrity and dedication to business transformation in Nigeria.
