BAT Nigeria earns recognition for prioritising employee wellbeing

BAT Nigeria has earned recognition and certification as a Top Employer for 2025. Top Employers Institute, a globally renowned firm, which gave the recognition, cited prioritising employee wellbeing as reason for the recognition.

Other reasons that informed the recognition included BAT Nigeria’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture, and advancing sustainability. This marks the eighth time of the company was getting the recognition.

This milestone cements BAT Nigeria’s position as a leader in human resource excellence, with a focus on world-class HR practices that promote diversity, inclusivity, and continuous development.
