Bill Cosby said, in order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure. This can be said to be one of the guiding philosophies of Nigerian-South African businessman, Xolane Ndhlovu.

Xolane is the Founder, Chairman, and chief executive officer (CEO) of UMEH Group. He directs UMEH’s business, investment strategy and decisions, company governance, and investor relations.

Popularly known as Master Ziggy a former radio/club disc jockey (DJ), Xolane Ndhlovu was born to a Nigerian father and a South African mother in Burgersfort, a town in Mpumalanga province of South Africa. He holds a diploma in media management, Bachelor’s degree of Commerce Economics from Korea Advance Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Georgia Institute of Technology.

Success they say, means having the courage, the determination, and the will to become the person you believe you were meant to be. Ndhlovu made his first million dollars in prison investing in startup tech companies; his determination to become one of the publicly quoted entrepreneurs can be attributed to his billionaire role model Richard Branson’s autobiography “Losing My Virginity” which he read while in prison.

Inspired by Richard Branson’s Virgin Group Xolane started what we now know to be UMEH Group, a conglomerate of businesses with interests in media, publishing, block chain Technology, consulting, investment, and broadcasting. He is also non-executive chairman of several independent companies under UMEH umbrella such as UMEH Capital Limited with a hundred million rand market capitalization, WIF Global Limited, UMEH Logistics, UMEH Properties, FX Magazine, Crypto Magazine, UMEH Media, among others.

As expected, Ndhlovu has not only amassed wealth for himself, but has always and still endeavours to support the helpless and needy people around him by gifting out several sums of money to people in need via his social media profiles.

It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed.
