The International Republican Institute (IRI) and National Democratic Institute (NDI) Tuesday released a joint report on the 2019 general elections in Abuja.
The report raised serious concerns over the politically motivated violence that marred the February/March poll, militarization of the polls in some states, particularly in Rivers; vote buying and other electoral malpractices.
