Ehiagwina Patrick, GMD of Patjeda Group of Companies Limited

Ehiagwina Joy Patrick is a visionary leader, accomplished administrator, farmer, and philanthropist. She is the GMD of Patjeda Group of Companies Limited, a rapidly growing conglomerate offering services in logistics, hospitality, security, executive car rentals, and entertainment. Under her stewardship, the organisation has flourished, earning her recognition as a results-driven executive with a passion for excellence.

Before joining Patjeda Group, Ehiagwina gained valuable experience as a marketer with Leadway Assurance Company Limited, where she excelled in administration. Her ability to combine strategic planning with effective implementation earned her the nickname “Group Captain,” as she continues to steer Patjeda Group towards achieving its corporate goals.

A graduate of microbiology from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Ehiagwina has pursued various advanced qualifications to enhance her professional expertise. She holds a proficiency certificate in management from the Nigerian Institute of Management and a diploma in security studies from the School of Management and Security. Additionally, she is a Certified Protection Officer (C.P.O.) accredited by the International Foundation for Protection Officers in Florida, USA. She has also completed certifications in aviation security awareness training, strategic planning and implementation from the International School of Management, and a digital marketing masterclass. Furthermore, she has undergone Heineken’s anti-bribery and corruption training, underscoring her commitment to ethical practices.

Ehiagwina’s academic pursuits continue to reflect her passion for growth and lifelong learning. She recently earned a postgraduate diploma in employment and labour studies from the University of Lagos and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in employment relations and human resource management at the same institution.

Ehiagwina is also the proud owner of Patosehi Farm, where her passion for agriculture shines through. She believes in empowering local communities through sustainable farming practices and innovative solutions.

In addition, she is a member of Forbes BLK, an exclusive network of influential Black leaders, and WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business, and Public Service), where she collaborates with other trailblazing women to advance leadership and business excellence.

Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Ehiagwina is passionate about philanthropy. Alongside her husband, she co-manages the Heart of Gold Support & Care Initiative, a foundation that provides scholarships to underprivileged students and start-up kits to artisans in her community.
