At ETK Group Ltd, Bolaji Sofoluwe and her team use decades of experience to strategically plan and execute market expansion to African countries. They advise boards of SMEs and large companies (some LSE and NYSE listed). They have boots on the ground and have implemented projects in 32 countries across the continent in various sectors.

Bolaji enjoys talking about this and has been a speaker at several international conferences including those organised by the Global Trade Review, Women in Trade UK, Institute of Export and International Trade, Department for Business and Trade and the World Bank. She is an entrepreneurship expert at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Sofoluwe also loves to give back, so she is a mentor for the Global Youth Innovators Programme for Innovate UK, and a coach on the Mandela Mile. She supports a number of women owned businesses with a small portfolio of investments.

Bolaji Sofoluwe’s role involves public speaking, media interviews and being a subject matter expert in market entry, business expansion, structured internationalisation and international trade. She is a promoter of women in business, export and board roles.

She is the chairwoman of the board and non-executive director, BGEN International. BGEN International has completed over 200 highly successful projects in Africa, working closely with partners on the ground and many global blue-chip clients.
