Blakskill Limited, a digital solution provider into talent sourcing, has launched an academy to prepare African youths for the 21st century workplace.
The newly launched Blakskill Academy is a pioneering initiative set to redefine the career trajectory of talents across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
With the goal of enhancing employability in the 21st century workplace, the Blakskill Academy focuses on providing essential skills needed to thrive in the ever-changing global talent landscape.
Olugbenga Omojola, CEO of Blakskill, said the academy is a testament to his organisation’s commitment to personal and professional growth in Sub-Saharan Africa.

He noted that at the heart of the academy is the Blakskill School of Employability Studies (BSES), noting that the flaship programme is strategically designed to cater to the needs of universities and polytechnics graduates, particularly those that are currently unemployed or underemployed.
“BSES aims to equip these graduates with the critical competencies essential for securin, retaining, and excelling in gainful employment opportunities globally.”
