Christopher Naghibi: Journey of a multi-faceted entrepreneur
An article in disruptmagazine.com, ‘How Christopher Naghibi Is Changing Real Estate Forever’, describes Black Crown Inc. as “truly one of a kind, offering every service in-house which allows them to provide their high-profile clients with privacy and anonymity”.
“With over $10 million in recovered costs for clients and in excess of $20 billion in closed transactions, they are the preeminent real estate brokerage with an attached law firm in Los Angeles and Orange County for clients who value privacy and ease,” the article says.
That’s the firm that Christopher Naghibi sits atop as founder and CEO. It is “a disruptive ideology-based real estate company that offers real estate brokerage, property management and related legal services with a concierge level personal touch and heavy focus on delivery via the latest technology”, according to Wikipedia.
The company has been making headlines for a long time, featuring in Forbes, NY Weekly, Yahoo! News, and more.
Apart from Black Crown Inc., Naghibi, a licensed attorney, real estate broker, general contractor and speaker, also holds the position of executive vice president and chief credit officer, First Foundation Bank.

Speaking on his journey so far as a multi-faceted entrepreneur, Nagbibi says, “For me, it’s been about an elegant way of putting together genuine relationships between the client and I, along with a knowledge of the entire ecosystem to ensure I’m always at the top of my game.“
He believes knowing about only one department isn’t enough if you want to reach your full potential.
As an entrepreneur, his advice is to have a detailed understanding of the business, analytics, sales, marketing, and technical aspects to reach the pinnacle of success.
With degrees in law, business administration, and management, Naghibi has collectively garnered the knowledge of all facets, making him uniquely qualified.
“Being at the top of one’s game is about the experience of how things work out there in the real world,” he says.
Before Naghibi started Black Crown, he worked for some of the world’s most reputed firms in various sectors of real estate, law, and finance.
Though the real estate business has been cast aside as largely transactional in nature, not focusing on relationships the bigger the company gets, Naghibi “focuses on relationships with his high-touch, concierge focused real estate firm– both with his clients and the local communities they serve”.
He has worked alongside Habitat for Humanity constructing buildings and creating unique loan programmes helping to get deserving families into the home of their dreams in Hawaii, Las Vegas, and California.
Though it comes with myriad responsibilities, Naghibi says his motivation lies in witnessing the success he can create for the business.
