Skye Bank, in a filing through the Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE), said on Tuesday its 2013 pretax profit rose 3.8 percent to N17.13 billion ($104.45 million), compared with N16.51 billion in the previous year.
It also cut its dividend to N0.30 per share from N0.50 paid previously.
Gross earnings fell marginally to N127.34 billion, from 127.73 billion a year earlier, the bank said.
