Late last year, it was reported that  Oduah had compelled the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to pay Coscharis Motors, an auto dealer, approximately $1.6 million (or N255 million) for two BMW bullet-proof cars.

The highest cost for each such car in both the US and UK was $267,000 per car.

An online news agency had also alleged the former minister did not earn the Masters degree from a US college as claimed in her resume.

The President also dropped the Minister of the Niger Delta, Godsday Orubebe; Minister of State for Finance, Yerima Ngama; and the Minister of Police Affairs, Caleb Olubolade.
