The forensic audit report done on the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) account as indicted the state-owned firm for various questionable transactions.

The report, done on behalf of the Federal Government by PriceWaterHouseCoopers, recommended that the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC), the upstream subsidy of the NNPC should refund about $1.48 billion to the Federation Account .
