Moniepoint, a Nigeria-based fintech company, opened its application process for the 4th edition of its Women in Tech initiative.
According to a statement by the company, the initiative is open to women across Africa and aims to help them grow their skills.
“The initiative is centered towards tech skills such as cloud engineering, backend engineering, technical product management, data engineering, systems administration, technical support, and user experience,” the firm said.

It disclosed that the internship will run for 6 months, during which participants will receive direct mentorship. Other perks include a salary, work tools, merch, and the chance to engage in real-time projects.
Chinaza Nduka-Dike, head of people operations at Moniepoint, noted that the organisation inspires inclusion and demonstrates a commitment to making a difference in women’s lives with its initiative.
