Value creation for customer satisfaction earns Sujimoto recognition, award

LeonardoBySujimoto promises investors 400% ROI in 2yrs

Sujimoto Construction Limited is today holding its head high among its peers because of international recognition and award which value creation for customer-satisfaction has earned it from The International Property Awards.

Though the awards body drew a highly competitive measuring yard, Sujimoto was chosen, bringing it in league with such developers as Emaar Group in Dubai, One Hyde Park in London, the biggest real estate company in Asia – Dalian Wanda Group, the prestigious Legacy Development Management Limited in South Africa – developers of the Michelangelo Towers, and Drawcock Estates—the developers of Nestoil Towers, Nigeria’s best office complex.

All these are the kind of companies that the referees of Real Estate Construction and Hospitality recognize and the authorities of Sujimoto attribute their recognition to an inherent competitive spirit driving the management of the company.

“Thanks to The International Property Awards for drawing a highly competitive measuring yard and choosing us. You have ignited in us a fire to remind us that the starting point for customer satisfaction is value creation and we promise to never stop. To our critics, thank you for all the checks because without them, we would not have pushed ourselves harder and this would never have happened”, said  Sujibomi Ogundele, the CEO of Sujimoto.

This award, according to the chief executive, did not come as an accident given the company’s track record of creating value and paying attention to details. “The same approach to excellence and attention to detail that went into the Medici development that earned us this award is what we intend to deploy for our new project – The GiulianoBySujimoto, situated in Africa’s most exclusive and expensive neighbourhood, Banana Island”, he assured.

He also attributed the award to the team spirit in the company, saying, “this would never have happened without the help of our brilliant team, engineers like Lamid & Seyi, Project Managers, the dedication of Damilola and, of course, Christy Cole who played a persistent role in making sure we prepared adequately by making sure everything was in order”.

Ogundele believes that report cards don´t deceive, rather, they are key indicators of a strong performance; reminding people of what they have done right, where they are now, and how they can do better.

He assured that innovation must be the foundation of their projects while diligence should be embedded in their DNA because that explains why they stand shoulder to shoulder with renowned companies from Asia to Africa and Europe.

He recalled how, growing up, his father implanted competitive spirit in his young mind by always interrogating his position in class. “Today, I appreciate my Dad´s lessons as these have given me an edge in the world of business, amongst local and international competitors, reminding me that right from the stages of planning and architectural design, mediocrity isn´t an option; and if we want to be top three in Africa and top 10 in the world, we need to think customers first”, he enthused.
