Quest oil wins best oil, gas company in marketing  at industry event

Quest Oil and Engineering Services, the owners of Ascon Oil Company Limited, has won the 2021 Industry Summit Awards for Best Oil & Gas Company in Branding and Marketing 2021 category, having beaten four other companies.

The Summit/Awards, which was organized by The Industry Newspaper, was held at Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Ikeja on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.

Quest Oil & Engineering Services is an indigenous energy provider with a vision to become a globally recognized company through exceptional service delivery among others.

According to organizers, this year’s Industry Summit/Awards, dubbed: Financial Inclusion, digital payment, and the challenges of banking the unbanked, is intended to recognize individuals and organizations who have made exceptional contributions to the growth of all sectors of the Nigerian economy, particularly the marketing and marketing communication industry.

Meanwhile, research carried out by a panel of judges showed that Quest has one of the most reliable pumps/meters in the sector.

“Quest Oil & Engineering Services has repositioned its Service Stations across the country to the admiration of customers,” according to a team of assessors.

Speaking after receiving the award, Gerald Moore, the Corporate Communications & Branding Manager for Quest Oil Group, thanked the organizers for being consistent over the years and expressed optimism that such recognitions will go a long way to boosting productivity in the Oil & Gas sector.

He said, “Every star needs a platform to shine, the Industry Summit/Awards has become that veritable platform to enable industry players to showcase their brand. This is crucial because such is needed to encourage healthy competition among the different players in the industry.”

Quest Oil and Engineering Services acquired Ascon Oil Company Limited in 2019, a step it claims was aimed at repositioning the company and securing a strong footprint in the downstream sector.
