Gtext Homes leverages GCP to raise 100,000 real estate millionaires

Frontier Homes set to celebrate 2nd year anniversary

A Nigerian real estate company has disclosed its readiness to leverage the Gtext Homes Consultant Program (GCP) to raise 100,000 real estate millionaires with the passion to grow the sector and deepen collaboration among realtors.

Dominic Ugwueze, GCP manager, Gtext Homes while speaking at the maiden edition of the GCP and Real Estate Conference 2021 held recently in Lagos, said the initiative which was created in September 2020, provides an opportunity for passionate individuals to earn millions through real estate.

According to him, interested realtors will sell any or all of Gtext Homes lands and properties in Nigeria and Dubai, to earn commissions on property sold.

“No doubt, the real estate industry has been touted to be the ‘new oil’ and we desire to leverage on its abundant opportunities by extending the power to earn and grow wealth to working-class professionals, jobless and unemployed people,” Ugwueze said.

Speaking further on the success of the GCP programme, Ugwueze said Gtext Homes paid over N100 million in commissions to deserving realtors, including a two-time all-expense-paid vacation to Dubai. “There are plans to send the highest-grossing consultants in 2021 to the U.S and the U.K this year,” he stated.

Stephen Akintayo, the group managing director of Gtext Homes and convener of the conference, urged realtors and other real estate professionals to deepen their knowledge of the industry to record success in the real estate business.

“To effectively sell anything, you must focus on what is important, which is to know, love and believe in your product. You must also love to sell because having an aversion to selling is tantamount to poverty. Only a fool is ashamed of what is bringing him money, and one of the legitimate ways of making it in Nigeria is real estate,” said Akintayo.

Eizu Uwaoma, one of the guest speaker at the conference shared his knowledge of legitimately creating wealth. “It takes hunger for success to come out of poverty. Each person must be driven by the hunger and desire to succeed. The universe is designed to respect audacious people,” he said.
