Calabella Integritas Project Limited, a property development and management company has launched its Achieve 1.0 conference, providing an opportunity for realtors to expand their income and earn better.
Oladipo Odunola, MD/CEO of Calabella, while speaking at the hybrid maiden edition of the conference said, a lot of untapped potential exists in the real estate space, adding that the sector can be used to actively drive economic growth and generate employment.
He noted that the recently released employment data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) revealed that unemployment rose to 33 percent, causing household income to decline. He stated that people need to survive and the real estate space presents a lot of opportunities to boost people’s income.

“We believe that if more people get involved in real estate, they will lift themselves from poverty and even their friends and families as well. The Achieve 1.0 conference will show people how to increase their streams of income. We have also used the opportunity to introduce a standard mode of payment for construction referral and marketing,” Odunola said.
