Ziingo elevates e-commerce with new approach to online shopping

Nigerian online shopping community, especially those in Abuja, PH and Lagos, are in for good times as Ziingo, an online trading firm, has elevated e-commerce business in the country with new shopping experience.

The firm, which opened for business a couple of years ago, is already making a difference, delivering prompt services of general shopping, food and groceries to those that patronise them.

“I have been shopping online in Nigeria for a long time and I have not seen prompt delivery as well as pay as you receive as compared with Ziingo,” James Akeredolu, an online shopper, said.Akeredolu also commended the management of the company, saying he has benefitted from the free delivery offered as an incentive to regular shoppers.

Another loyal shopper, Audu Maigida, who lives in Karu, Abuja, commended the firm for “changing the face of online shopping in Nigeria,” noting that the introduction of same-day-delivery for major cities in Nigeria and pay-on-delivery enhance trust and encourage Nigerians to buy from Ziingo.

Maigida disclosed that he had never trusted online trading firms because he did not believe they delivered until a friend of his bought clothes in Lagos and had it delivered to him in Karu through Ziingo. He disclosed that it was the first time he would hear about the online firm and their delivery system which he described as “tested and trusted.”

Eno Unukpo, the firm’s CEO, hinted that the online shopping system was established to bridge the gap between buyers and sellers. She hinted that the company has, in the past two years of landing in Nigeria, been able to build trust in the online shopping community.

“We urge online shoppers and Nigeria businesses looking to sell online to just download the Ziingo app on playstore and appstore and join the train of happy and satisfied buyers and sellers,” she said.
