Firm supports Sanwo-Olu’s vocational academy initiative to drive employment opportunities

Fidossi Wines & Spirits Ltd (FWS), distributor of MUNDO Tequila in Nigeria, has lent support to the Lagos State Government’s job creation efforts. The firm, according to a statement sponsored the Project Lagos of Our Dream (LOUD) vocation academy’s latest session, offering cash and crucial startup kits to top graduates to kick start their entrepreneurial journeys during a combined graduation and induction ceremony held early this month.

The initiative, which aims to expand the state’s entrepreneurship footprint, is a critical part of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s youth and women empowerment focus. Hence, the distributor has been a consistent sponsor of the initiative, adopting it as a core Corporate Social & Sustainability (CCSI) investment platform. “It prioritises quarterly support for the initiative’s academy to ensure it scales and delivers on the Governor’s mandate. This time, the best graduates received a cheque of One Hundred Thousand Naira each, while the top students emerging from the Mixology class were rewarded with blenders for making cocktails”.
