Chef360 Limited: Food ordering marketplace connecting everyone

Chef360 Limited: Food ordering marketplace connecting everyone

As people increasingly find it difficult to cope with every day to day activity including home cooking, food remains essential for survival.

Time constraint limits people from cooking their food during work hours or when it is not convenient, so the need to have a food delivery service which is timely, hygiene conscious and fresh food comes in handy.

Customers continue to complain about people not getting value for their money from food delivery firms in Nigeria as sour meals are being sold and when they are not sour, they do not come in timely.

While people work in their offices or go about their daily businesses, they need fresh, hot and fast food delivered to them just the way they want it.

Chef360 Limited, an online food ordering market place that connects restaurants, food stuff dealers and farmers with the public has launched services in Nigeria and is set to change the narrative.

With a vision to be the leading food ordering and delivery tech company across the emerging market, Chef360 Limited promises to bring cooked, uncooked, fresh, hot and fast food to the door steps to customers within the shortest timeframe.

The app allows customers choose a restaurant, shop or vendor; then select the dish or foodstuffs they want, after which their orders will be delivered to the address they present.

Speaking during the launch of Chef360 Limited in Lagos, Wale Yasere, CEO and founder Chef360 Limited told BusinessDay that after being away from the country for nine years, he had observed how food are packaged and delivered abroad, which was different from the way it is done in Nigeria.

Yasere said it was the customer service delivery gap he noticed in Nigeria that made him set up Chef360 which would help close the gap and give people value for their money.

“When people think about ordering food in Lagos, they should think about us. We deliver both cooked and uncooked food and every food people need is on the website. Everything you need to cook your pot of soup is there.

“I have done a lot of orders from different food sites and the feedback has been below expectation. Food is about hygiene and if you deliver food to people, it must be well packaged. This is why Chef360 is doing things differently,” the CEO explained.

He assured that their vendors are reliable and efficient, adding that before the vendors were chosen, Chef360 visited their offices and their outlets and are proud to have them on board.

Elvis Olise Odagwe, business development manager said the management of Chef360 Limited is putting strategies in place to grow and expand the business as well as satisfy all its customers.

To achieve this, Odagwe said Chef360 will start from Lagos State and then expand nationwide.

Ibukun Johnson, CEO Hungrill Food and one of the vendors for Chef360 said Chef360 has offered vendors registered on its platform a great opportunity.

“We are partnering with Chef360 in food delivery across Nigeria. This is my first time on any food platform. This will help me boost my business in terms of visibility and customer patronage,” Johnson said.
