SunTrust Bank Nigeria Limited has announced the appointment of Kudi Badmus, as Executive Director, reinforcing its leadership capacity as the Bank advances its strategic priorities.

Badmus is a seasoned financial services executive with over 30 years of experience spanning banking, infrastructure, and energy. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an alumna of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

She previously served as Executive Director/CFO at Eterna Plc, where she contributed significantly to capital raising initiatives, financial management, and business growth.

Her career also includes executive roles at ASO Savings and Loans Plc, as well as senior leadership positions at Bond Bank (now Polaris Bank) and First City Monument Bank.
She is the Founder and Director of Fort Capital Ltd.

Her appointment is expected to support the Bank’s focus on disciplined growth, financial performance, and long-term value creation.

Ifeoma Okeke-Korieocha is the Aviation Correspondent at BusinessDay Media Limited, publishers of BusinessDay Newspapers. Ifeoma is a one-time winner of the prestigious Nigeria Media Merit Award under the 'Aviation Writer of the Year' Category. She is the 2025 Eloy Award winner under the Print Media Journalist category. She has undergone several journalism trainings by various prestigious organisations. Ifeoma is also a fellow of the Female Reporters Leadership Fellowship of the Wole Soyinka Centre for Investigative Journalism.
