The company recently launched Regal Apartments, a 26-unit short-stay development, and is set to introduce more than 55 additional units within the next four months.

“The expansion reflects Edala’s commitment to meeting the rising demand for premium shortlet accommodation. The shortlet apartments are managed by Lodge and Loft by Edala to bring maximum returns to the investors,” a statement from company states.

Edala’s newest shortlet projects include Urban Suite, Regal Apartments, The MarQ, Declan Residence, Capital Suite, Montessa, and others, spanning key locations such as Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, Lekki, and other prime areas.

By growing its hospitality portfolio, Edala development continues to strengthen its position in the real estate market, delivering professionally managed developments designed to offer quality guest experiences and sustainable returns for investors.
