As part of its second anniversary celebration, Edala Development has extended its impact beyond property development by supporting small business owners in Sabo, Lagos Mainland, with the distribution of essential items.

The initiative benefited market women, food vendors, artisans, and local entrepreneurs, equipping them with practical resources to make their daily business activities more efficient and sustainable. Edala Development distributed gas cookers, gas cylinders, standing fans, microwaves, umbrellas, and other essential items to members of the business community.

The outreach reflects Edala Development’s belief that meaningful development extends beyond constructing buildings to creating lasting value for the communities where it operates.

Speaking on the milestone, Temidayo Oloyede, the Chief Executive Officer of Edala Development, said the company’s second anniversary was an opportunity to appreciate the communities that have contributed to its growth.

“As we celebrate two years of Edala Development, we wanted this milestone to be about more than our achievements as a business. Our journey has been made possible by the people and communities around us, and giving back is one way of expressing our appreciation. We believe development should improve lives, create opportunities, and leave a positive impact beyond the buildings we deliver.”

Over the past two years, Edala Development has established itself as a versatile real estate brand with a growing portfolio spanning residential developments, commercial spaces, and hospitality solutions. The company’s footprint now includes premium developments and more than 80 professionally managed shortlet apartment units across strategic locations including Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, and Lekki.

Samuel Olatunde, Chief Operating Officer, said the company’s growth has been driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and community impact.

“This anniversary is a celebration of everyone who has been part of our journey, including our clients, partners, employees, and the communities where we operate. While we remain committed to delivering quality real estate developments and hospitality solutions, we also recognize our responsibility to contribute meaningfully to the everyday lives of the people around us. That balance will continue to define the Edala brand.”

Through its commitment to innovation, quality, and customer-focused solutions, Edala Development continues to create spaces that serve homeowners, investors, businesses, and hospitality seekers while contributing to the growth of Lagos’ real estate landscape.

As the company enters its third year, Edala Development says it remains focused on expanding its portfolio, delivering value-driven real estate solutions, and building a brand whose impact is measured not only by the properties it develops but also by the communities it empowers.
