For that busy working woman who keeps complaining of not having time to care for her body (in&out), by the time your body breaks down in the inside and you look appauling on the outside, no one will tell you to attend to your body. Our body is all we got and those who understand the essence of living, strive to nurture their entire body(in &out). Times might be pretty tough for most career and business women but the thing here is, if you keep struggling, hustling, trying to make ends meet and neglecting to pamper your body, eat good food, recreate, you might one day break down and all the running about to do business, make money will stop. Most times it is the struggling, hustling that wears our system out so it’s absolutely vital you take care of your entire body as you do your business and other money making activities.
There are young career ladies you see, they look older than their age due to too much stress, pressure and lack of body maintenance. It’s also important i point out a very serious mistake these group of working ladies make. I have encountered ladies who always claim they have no time, cost of the body treatment but at the end of the day, you still see such ladies spend more materially. Such ladies will rather spend money on material stuffs rather than taking good care of their body(in&out).
It would be a waste of time for me to mince words rather than pointing out certain negative things they feel they do not have control on. It’s not that they do not have control or cannot stop them happening but rather, they pursue wrong things/priorities.
We are all aware that most coporate establishments hardly hire or maintain very fat career women due to certain reasons. Now people tend to judge companies who put their feet down on firing staff who grow out of shape not to talk of employing them. Ok…let us assume these companies have some hidden motives for this but by the time you sit down and analyse this healthwise, you will discover that overweight career women tend to be sloppy and passive and always call in sick for one medical treatment or the other.

Listen very carefully ladies, most of those sickness or illhealth that always pull you down not to perform at work are caused by your weight problem. I cannot exhaust this here but if you doubt me, take me up on this by calling me so i can explain in full. You wake up this morning, it’s joint pains, last week, it was very bad migrane, last month you could not even sit properly in your office due to waist pain. Who knows what the story will be tommorrow and next? Few of you who understands this and takes the stairs once in a while, by the time you enter your office, you will sleep for 30mins before seeing anyone or attending to your work. Who wants this kind of employee? That first 30mins you enter your office could be the time some powerful clients would be waiting at the front office to seal a vital deal with your establishment. The impatient clients will simply walk away(especially if the deal will favor your company more than theirs)
What am i saying here is that, your body is like a HOUSE. It is the way you keep it, it will stay. If you decide to keep your house untidy and dirty, germs sickness, will not be far away from you.
As you are reading this, maybe you are bloating all over, big stomach, you cannot even walk for 10mins without panting not to talk of running,jogging…sit down and ask yourself…how long will i continue looking shapeless and feeling so dull,tired,sick?
