Presidential candidate of the PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has won 15 local government councils in Delta State.
President Muhammadu Buhari, the APC presidential candidate has won only one – the local government council of the governorship candidate of the party, Chief Great Ogboru.
So far, 16 councils have been announced, nine councils remaining.
