Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has arrived Lagos for the official flag off of the Lagos-Ibadan rail line project which is to be handled by the China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC).
The event which is taking place at the Ebute-Metta headquarters of the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) has attracted top politicians from the All Progressives Congress in the South West. Led by its national chairman, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, already the governors of Ogun State, Ibikunle Amosun as well as the Minister of Transport, Chibuike Amaechi have arrived the venue of the event.
The project when completed will open up direct transit from the coastal city of Lagos to Ibadan which is in the heart of the south west
