Jacob Zuma, president of South Africa has scaled a no confidence motion by the Beeld party. This was the outcome of a three day long conference of the ANC’s national executive committee meeting in Pretoria that ended late on Monday.
No formal vote took place and the ANC is to hold a media briefing at 12:00 GMT on Tuesday.
