As competition in Nigeria’s sport utility vehicle (SUV) market intensifies, automakers are now positioning larger family-oriented models to appeal to buyers seeking space, technology and safety features.
The Jetour X90 Plus is emerging as a strong reference point in this segment. A seven-seat mid-size SUV that combines turbocharged engine options, advanced driver-assistance features and a spacious cabin layout.
The X90 Plus features a large front grille, LED headlamps and a design that aligns with current trends in the mid-size SUV segment.

The vehicle is offered with two turbocharged engine options. The 1.6-litre engine delivers 197 horsepower and 290Nm of torque, while the 2.0-litre variant produces 254 horsepower and 390Nm of torque.
Both engines are paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and front-wheel-drive configuration. Measuring 4,858mm in length, 1,925mm in width and 1,780mm in height, the SUV provides seating for seven passengers across three rows.
Inside, the cabin features leather-trimmed seating surfaces, soft-touch materials, wood-style interior accents and a panoramic sunroof.
The vehicle is designed to accommodate larger families and buyers seeking additional passenger and cargo space.
Technology features include a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment display with smartphone connectivity, Bluetooth support, voice command and wireless charging capability.
The climate-control system incorporates digital controls, rear air vents and an air purification function.
Other interior features include power-adjustable front seats with heating, ventilation, memory settings and lumbar support, alongside an eight-speaker Sony audio system.
On the safety front, the X90 Plus comes equipped with multiple airbags, vehicle stability control, automatic emergency braking, hill-start assist, hill-descent control and an electronic parking brake with auto hold.
Driver-assistance technologies include a 360-degree camera system, forward collision warning, parking sensors, radar-based monitoring systems and lane departure warning.
Additional features available on the SUV include keyless entry, push-button start, electronic gear selection, selectable drive modes, cruise control, power-operated tailgate and LED lighting systems.
The vehicle is also supported by Jetour’s aftersales programme, which includes warranty coverage, service support and spare-parts availability through its dealer network in Nigeria.
